You can sign up for a one time box or a month to month subscription at www.sweetsgiftbox.com.  A one time box costs $30 and a month to month subscription (you can cancel any time) costs $25 per box.

The items in the box:

This months theme: My New Years Resolution: Eat More Sweets!

1.) The Crispery Chocolate Brownie Crispy Cake:I have tried this brand in the past and it never disappoints. If you are a huge Marshmellow Rice Crispy Treat lover than you will love these! They make them in all different flavors and they are HUGE. Since they are so big I ate it over multiple days and in a plastic baggie it held up well and did not get hard at all. I was a huge fan of this flavor as well since I love Brownies. This was my favorite item in the box. $4.95

2.) Theo Organic Fair Trade Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups: I was skeptical of these at first since I have tried other organic peanut butter cups before which were very bitter and gross. However, I actually enjoyed these one's. It taste's like a little bit of a healthier version of a Reese's and I noticed the chocolate cup was a bit more thicker than on a Reese's. Due to the price, I would probably stick with Reese's over these but if you are looking for a good Organic PB Cup than I would highly suggest trying these out. $2.29

3.) Bobo's Bites: Apple Pie: I have seen these at the store before and I must say since they are vegan I was hesitant since I have tried a few vegan treats before that just tasted horrible (this was a few years ago, so maybe brands have learned how to make vegan taste better). This actually was not bad. I would not say it made me crave another one- I feel like it was missing the type of sugar or sweetener that makes you need.more.now but it was a nice small snack to bring to work. $1.09

4.) Lovely Caramel Chews: I am not a huge caramel person. I enjoy it in a twix bar but am not into caramels themselves and hate all the chewing. I passed these on to my boyfriend who loves caramel and he liked them. This was also a great size bag that if you wanted to save it and give it to someone for Valentine's Day you could. $4.59

5.) Chocolate Covered Potato Chips: These were in SweetsGiftBox packaging but if you looked on the label it says that they were manufactured by Asher's Chocolate. These were SO good. I absolutely love chocolate covered potato chips. They were broken up into small pieces and I liked it since they were easier to eat and also they lasted longer since I did not eat so much at one time. The chocolate was spot on and mixed with the salted chip, yummy! $3.49 (estimated)

Total Value: $16.41 I thought this box was another hit. It is hard to say whether this box was better than last months as I enjoyed many things in each box and was able to gift what I did not want. I thought this box was great since it mixed in some unhealthy treats with some organic and vegan treats. It is a nice mix to have since not everyone likes the taste of some vegan things but it is nice to try them out anyway. My values are estimated and are online prices so the prices might be a bit more inflated in store and you have to remember that online you most likely have to pay shipping. Still I would like to see a little bit of a higher value- either an additional item, a couple of samples, or some coupons for the brands in the box could be thrown in to add a bit more value to the box. Overall though this is a great box if you are looking to try new treats.

L'Oreal Extraordinary Clay VoxBox Review

I recently received a box of goodies complimentary from Influenster to review. Take a look below to see what I got and my review on the products. If you want me to send you an invite so you can sign up and get free products yourself please leave your email in the comments section below.

1.) L'Oreal Extraordinary Clay Pre Shampoo Clay Mask: $6.99- I am in awe by this mask. I have never tried a Pre Shampoo Mask before so it was interesting to apply this to dry hair before Shampooing. It feels weird to the touch applying it to dry hair, but I believe it really made all the difference. My hair was so much softer, smoother, and shinier after using this line. I did use all 3 products together but I felt that this was the hero product. The prices are affordable and they can be found at most stores but if you only want to try one of these products, and not the whole line, I would highly suggest checking out this Clay Mask!

2.) L'Oreal Extraordinary Clay Shampoo: $4.99 - Instead of rinsing out the mask, you wash it out with the shampoo. I thought this was interesting and probably helped contribute to how the mask worked so much better than other hair masks I have tried in the past. I was very impressed by this shampoo. It smelled great, made my hair soft and smooth, and is affordable and easy to find in stores.

3.) L'Oreal Extraordinary Clay Conditioner: $4.99 - This conditioner worked wonders. Like the shampoo, it smelled great. It did not leave any residue on my hair after rinsing out. It rinsed out easy and left my hair super soft, smooth, and shiny.

I was very impressed by this line of hair products. I would definitely use them in the future. Along with being affordable and easy to find, L'Oreal often offers coupons for their products too so combining those with a sale could get you a really good deal. This line works best for people with Oily Roots and Dry Ends which is my problem. It says you do not need to wash again for 48 hours, but I felt the need to wash again at 36. However, since 36 hours was in the middle of my day, I did not wash again until the 48 hour mark. I felt it kept my roots less oily than usual though. Overall, my hair felt and looked smoother, softer, and shinier. They also have a Dry Shampoo for the line. I have included a before and after picture below. To get more information check out L'Oreal's Site

If you have any further questions on any of the products listed above feel free to leave them in the comments section below and I will do my best to answer them. Once again, if you want to sign up for Influenster to get free boxes leave your email below and I will send you an invite.

December 2016 PetGiftBox Review & [COUPON CODE]!!

Please watch my unboxing video and then come back and read this post :)

PetGiftBox is a monthly subscription box for, you guessed it, your pet! They offer a cat box (which is the one I am reviewing) and they also offer a dog box (which has 3 selections based on the size of your dog). The boxes cost $25 per month. You can also purchase a one time box if you would like to send one as a gift. Like other boxes, PetGiftBox does have a rewards program where you can earn points for free products and boxes. Also, every purchase helps feed 10 rescue pets!

Each box contains between 4 and 6 items that are hand picked by the PetGiftBox team. The items in the box can include treats, toys, and other home items.

My cats love getting these boxes! It is a nice treat for them to get some new toys and goodies!

If you want to get your own box for your pet you can use the coupon code 'codyandkaci' at checkout to get 50% off your first box! To sign up or find out more info visit www.petgiftbox.com

The items in the box:

This months theme: Season's Greetings & Happy New Year

1.) Paw Print Keepsake Ornament:I have always wanted to try one of these. I have not decided yet which cat I will do this for, but it will probably be whoever gives me the least trouble- haha! I think this is a cool and unique item to put in the box! $7.99

2.) Multipet Catnip Garden Bubbles: I have heard a lot about catnip bubbles recently and have been wanting to try them with my cats so I was so excited to see these in the box. This is also all 3 of my cats favorite item in this box. They get a kick out of these and love popping them with their nose! The bubbles are 100% all natural and safe catnip bubbles that are made in North America. $5.99

3.) Multipet Holiday Mitten: This is a cute little mitten toy filled with catnip. The cats like batting this around! $4.99

4.) Multipet Winter Katz Kuddlerz: My cats usually love these types of toys to hold and kick but this one they have not touched. It says it is filled with catnip but the cats do not seem to notice. If the cats do not play with it soon I will donate it. We like to donate toys and treats to our local shelter every few months. $10.99

5.) Spot Wooly Elf Stocking with Catnip: This cute catnip filled elf stocking toy has yarn as hair so the cats love playing with it! $4.99

Total Value: $34.95 Overall this was a great box. There are 5 items in the box and the value is more than the cost of the box itself. The cats are having fun playing with their new toys and I thought the bubbles and the paw print ornament were great additions to the box.

PetGiftBox supports America's Vet Dogs which is a non-profit organization that provides guide dogs for disabled veterans. These dogs also help PTSD patients at VA Hospitals. It is great to see a company that is helping the community.
