I have been using the same kitchen knives for quite some time so it was definitely time for me to get some new ones. I was impressed by the packaging - it comes in a wooden holder with specific slots for each sized knife. I really liked how this holder lays down, opposed to many knife holders that stand up, as I do not store these on my counter so this way is much more convenient to store in the cabinet. This wooden holder also has a built in sharpener.
I liked how comfortable these knifes were to hold. They also were great for cutting. I have used them to cut meat as well as produce and everything is so easy to cut. My only gripe with them is that, as you can see in the picture, meat does get stuck to the knife and you have to push it off. Otherwise, these made for a much easier preparation than my previous knives did.
