Dial Miracle Oil Body Wash Review & GIVEAWAY!

Review:

I am in love with this Body Wash. It is my new favorite! First off, I love that this body wash is affordable but not cheap in quality. You can purchase Dial at Drug Stores, Grocery Stores, and Mass Retail Stores and it is often on sale. They also often have coupons both online and in newspapers or magazines which you can use along with the sale to make their products even cheaper!

Now on to the quality. The first thing you notice is the smell. It is a very sweet smell and my senses love it! On top of that I love that this Body Wash is infused with oil because it makes my skin super soft and hydrated after using. This is my new favorite Body Wash that I will be using long term!

The Simple Baker Premium Silicone Baking Cups Review

I recently had the opportunity to test out these Silicone Baking Cups by The Simple Baker. I am more of a baker than a cook in the kitchen so these came in very handy for me.

Of course these will work very well for cupcakes but I decided to test them out on Jiffy Corn Muffins. I was pleased with the results. Not only do I love the variety of bright colors but the muffins slid right of of these very easily (but only if you let them cool down, have patience and do not eat while still hot!)

I love that these baking cups can be easily washed. You can put them on the top shelf of the dishwasher or wash them by hand. I washed them by hand and left them out for a couple hours to dry and was pleased that they dried fairly quickly.

One note to mention, if the baking instructions say 15-20 minutes and usually have to go with the full 20 minutes you might not have to. While the muffins did not burn they did cook quicker than if I was not using baking cups so these do help make your muffins golden!

You can purchase a 24 pack on Amazon for $11.77 with free prime shipping.

February 2015 Popsugar Must Have Box Review & Unboxing

Please watch my unboxing video and then come back and read this post :)

The Popsugar Must Have Box is a subscription box which costs $39.99 per month, BUT all the products you get are full size and the boxes are always worth more than $100! If you love getting surprises than this box is for you!

The items in the box:

1.) Tarte Cosmetics Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush: I love that they included this pink shaded blush. Perfect for Valentines Day and all year round. Plus it is from Tarte, what is not to love?! Value: $26

2.) U.S Apothecary Rose Water Bubble Bath: I have no use for Bubble Bath so I actually sold this. I do not take baths only showers. Value: $30

3.) ACME Party Box Company Bamboo Heart Cutting Board & Cheese Knife: I already have two cutting boards and that is more than enough. I really have no need for a Cheese knife because I do not ever make anything where I need to cut cheese. I either use grated, sliced, or shredded. I also do not care for wooden kitchen products as they can carry a lot of germs. I sold this. $32

4.) BaubleBar Mini Arrow Pendant Necklace: I love this cute necklace. I wish I would have gotten gold instead of silver but it is still cute enough to wear! $32

5.) Figs & Rouge 100% Natural Balm: Practical product and cute packaging. I like it. $8

6.) Chuao Chocolatier Ravishing Rocky Road Bar: yummm! This was so good! I love when they have delicious food products in the box! $6

7.) Sally Beauty FingerPaints Nail Color: If you watched my unboxing video I hated on the color. But it is NOT just a plain pink color it has shimmer in it and it is gorgeous! $5.50

Last months box was so amazing that this one just didn't cut it. A lot of people loved this box but for me it was just an okay month. It was not bad but it was not great. Two of the big ticket items (the bubble bath and the cutting board) I did not care for. And even though I sold them between the two I probably only got between $10-$15 which does not cover the "loss" of the value of the items. The other items in the box made me happy though. Here's to next month...

Total value of the box: $139.50

4.)  Marcelle Gentle Eye Make-Up Remover for Sensitive Eyes | This was my sample choice and I am stoked with it! The sample is huge and will last a long time! Full Size, $15.00

5.)  BeeKind Conditioner | I normally hate foil packets but at least this is one that actually has quite a bit of product in it. I also love this brand so I am happy. Full Size, $15.00

Poppy Austin Eye Cream Review

There are so many creams out there how do you choose the best ones? I personally like to choose multipurpose ones. Not only does having a multipurpose cream save you money but it also saves closet and counter space and helps make a much quicker beauty routine.

I love the Poppy Austin Eye Cream. Even though it is an "eye cream" it can be used all over your face. I have noticed that both my under eyes as well as the rest of my face appear much brighter with hardly any dark circles (even when I was sick and got no sleep!!)

I love that all the ingredients in this cream are organic and are good for sensitive skin. I do not have any allergies to any beauty ingredients that I know of but the simpler the better.

One thing you need to know before using the cream if you are using it for just underneath your eyes and not for your entire face is that it is a thick cream. It is probably one of the thickest eye creams I have ever used. However, in terms of being a face cream it is in the light-normal range and can be used as a daily moisturizer and not as a thick night moisturizer.

The smell is very faint, if existent at all. I personally could not really make much of a scent out and the color of the cream is white.

I recommend checking out this cream if you are looking for a new eye/facial cream. You can purchase is for $22.49 on Amazon with free prime shipping.

You may also check out the Poppy Austin Website as well as their Facebook Page for further information.

I received this product free for review but all opinions are my own.

Red Brick Candle Review

I have two cats so candles are a necessity in my home. Red Brick Candle recently sent me one of their candles to review. They sent me the Loft Collection No. 1 Candle which is a deep blend of Warm Maple and Rich Vanilla.

The smell is a very rich vanilla smell and makes the whole room smell so good. Their candles also come with instructions on how to make the candle last longer and how to avoid craters forming in the candle.

Not only is it a great candle in terms of scent but their packaging is very cute so you can leave it out for decoration even when you are not using it. Both the box and the candle itself have a very home decor look to them.

The candle sells for $28.00 with free prime shipping on Amazon.

L'OCCITANE Shea Butter Comforting Cream Review

I recently starting using the L'occitane Shea Butter Comforting Cream that I received in the Refresh VoxBox from Influenster and I LOVE this cream! It was comforting to know that it is actually comforting, as its name suggests! So no it is not all talk!

The cream is so lightweight you can barely feel it on your face but your face still feels moisturized and non-greasy. This cream also really helped reduce the redness on my skin so it was less visible and did not prevent my makeup from staying put throughout the day. Now we all know smell is one of my favorite senses and the smell of this cream did not disappoint me! This cream smells very clean like baby powder!

I received a sample to test from Influenster but all opinions are my own. If you would like to check out what Influenster is about or sign up to receive free products to test out yourself: influenster.com

Day by Day Beauty Luxury Facial Blotting Paper Review

I have been swearing by facial blotting papers for years now. My face gets oily as the day goes on and I despise carrying my makeup bag everywhere to do major damage control!

The Day by Day Beauty Luxury Facial Blotting Papers are now my go-to. They are a much better value than buying drugstore since they come with so many of them! More importantly, they are more durable than some drug store brands I have tried and therefore can capture more oil!

These take excess oil off of your face easily without messing up your makeup. Since they gave me two packages I gave one to my boyfriend and now he is hooked (he previously removed excess oil with just a paper towel but found these to be more gentle on the skin). The package is small enough to fit in your pocket and sheets are easy to grab.

Right now you get get 2 packs of 100 (yes, 200 sheets) for $8.97 on Amazon (with free prime shipping if you are a prime member).
