Flicker, a progressive rock band, has just released their debut album. I was given a copy of the CD to review for this post, but I also am able to give away a CD to one lucky reader!

From my experience with listening to the album, Flicker has a mixture of Pink Floyd and Green Day influences. This album has the classic rock influences from Pink Floyd in their beats but also has a little extra rock influence mixed in there which can be compared to bands such as Green Day. My favorite song from the album is "Go" and this song is what I feel captures a more modern rock sound than any other song on the album.
