I was already familiar with the Silk 18 Conditioner since I have tried it in the past (see that review here) so given my great experience with that product I was excited to see how the Silk 18 Shampoo performed. The shampoo smelled just as amazing as the conditioner does: like vanilla cake! I was pleased at how well it lathered and made my hair feel smooth and clean. After 3 weeks of using this shampoo I have already started to see my hair has more moisture and less split ends. These shampoo and conditioner products got their name because they includes 18 Silk Amino Acids. The shampoo claims to strengthen hair to protect from dryness, split ends, damage, and hair fall. These products can be used by both men and women.
